Complete your Living Yolates Online Teacher Training with a 5-day, in-person training in the heart of Swedish nature.
The retreat brings together students from our in-person Living Yolates Teacher Training and online students who choose to complete this part of their education in-person. Both groups follow the same training, one in-person and the other through our online study group.
Together, you’ll deepen your understanding of the Living Yolates method through guided practice, teaching sessions, and reflection, while preparing for certification. Enjoy the restorative surroundings of nature, with sauna, fire ceremonies, and voice activation ~ creating space for connection and integration.
Practical Information
Total price: DKK 12,500 (approx. USD 1,875)
Deposit to secure your place: DKK 5,000 (approx. USD 750)
Your place is confirmed once the deposit has been paid. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The deposit will be deducted from the total price. The remaining balance will be invoiced on 1 March 2027.
In accordance with Danish legislation, educational programmes are exempt from VAT.

Certification
Accommodation for the entire retreat in shared 2- or 4-person rooms with shared bathrooms.
All meals and catering
Not included: Transport to and from the retreat center, travel insurance, or accommodation before or after the retreat.
Accommodation
There are currently 6 indoor spaces available, in shared 2- or 4-person rooms. Single rooms are not available. Rooms are allocated by the team, so you cannot choose your room or room size. Bathrooms and toilets are shared.
Once all indoor places are filled, additional accommodation may be available in shared glamping tents, with two people per tent. Glamping is subject to availability.
Getting There
Möllan Retreat Center is approximately 3.5 - 4 hours by car from Copenhagen. Travel by public transport takes approximately 4.5 hours. More detailed travel information will be provided closer to the retreat.
Certification
After the five-day retreat, you’ll complete an online study module while integrating the method and developing your teaching practice.
We recommend teaching 10 Living Yolates sessions of 1 - 1.5 hours before your final exam to gain experience and confidence.
Your exam consists of a 30-minute teaching video with at least two students, following a set programme and guidelines provided in advance. The video must be submitted by 31 May 2027. Mikkala will review your video and provide feedback within one month.

Your place becomes binding one month before the training begins. From that point, you commit to paying the full training fee, whether as a one-time payment or through a payment plan. Payment plans are therefore also binding and cannot be cancelled once the commitment date has passed.
