Soft Inner Landscape

From Stillness, We Rise

A Winter Retreat in Sweden March 4 - 7, 2027

Living Yolates & Yin Yoga

with Mikkala Kissi & Siff Cecilie Mossin

Yin Yoga · Dance · Life courage · Nature · Intuition

An invitation to soften into deep restoration, nourish your inner world and reconnect with your true essence.

For four rejuvenating days, we gather in the wild beauty of the Swedish forest to slow down, become quiet and listen to what truly wants to unfold. A space to strengthen your intuition, breathe deeply, move freely, rest fully and simply be.

Soft Inner Landscape is a Living Yolates & Yin Yoga women’s retreat ~ a loving space for a deep reset. A place to feel centered, grounded and deeply restored, preparing yourself for the awakening of spring and the new beginnings ahead.

We step away from the noise, expectations and pace of everyday life and move into a softer, slower rhythm ~ creating the space to hear your inner voice and reconnect with your own guidance.

Through Living Yolates, Yin Yoga, dance, meditation, silence and time immersed in wild nature, we invite you to meet yourself exactly where you are. To let go of pressure and expectations from home, soften into the present moment and reconnect with what feels true and alive within you.

Held by the stillness of the Swedish winter and the first subtle signs of spring, we nourish ourselves from the inside out ~ creating space for deep rest, connection, intuition and new beginnings.

FROM STILLNESS, WE BEGIN TO LISTEN.
FROM LISTENING, WE BEGIN TO REMEMBER.
AND FROM THIS PLACE, WE RISE.

The Experience

Our days will weave together Living Yolates, Taoist Yin Yoga, dance, meditation, silence, nature and community.

Living Yolates

Mikkala will guide you through Living Yolates, dance and embodied practices that reconnect you with your essence, life energy and intuition.

Taoist Yin Yoga

Siff will guide you into the slower landscape of Taoist Yin Yoga, where longer-held postures and stillness invite the body to soften, release and receive.

Together, the practices create a beautiful balance between yin and yang, stillness and movement, restoration and awakening.

You will be invited to nourish yourself deeply, let go of what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner guidance and explore the life courage needed to step into a new beginning.

Between sessions, there will be space for forest walks, sauna, cold dips, journaling, conversations by the fire

~ or simply doing nothing at all.

There will always be an invitation to step away and be in silence whenever you need your own space. Throughout the retreat, we will also create silent zones and dedicate parts of our time together to silence ~ allowing the mind to become quiet, the nervous system to settle, and your inner world to become clearer.

About the Place

Our winter retreat unfolds at Möllan Retreat Center, hidden deep within the beautiful forests of Småland.

Surrounded by protected nature, a clear forest lake, flowing water and wild landscape, Möllan offers us something increasingly rare ~ space to slow down and simply be.

The traditional Swedish house is warm, simple and grounded, surrounded by moss-covered forest paths, water and wilderness. Here, nature becomes part of the retreat itself.

As winter begins to loosen its hold and the first signs of spring quietly emerge, the landscape reminds us that we too are allowed to rest before we rise.

The Sauna & Lake Rituals

Close to the water, our private wood-fired sauna invites you into the Nordic ritual of heat and cold.

Between sessions, enjoy the warmth of the sauna and, if you feel called, step into the cold forest lake ~ awakening the senses and bringing you fully into your body.

There is no pressure to enter the water. As with everything during the retreat, you are invited to listen to your body and choose what feels nourishing for you.
