I want to dive in, be immersed in the transformative power of the philosophy and the medicine of the movement. I can learn in English and am anywhere in the world! I am ready to tap into my deepest desires, potential, and essence supported by others who feel the same. I am craving a deep journey, I am committed to myself and my growth, and want to be more in tune with the seasons, nature’s rhythms, my heart, head, and body.

Dancing Yolates Teacher Training
The Dancing Yolates Teacher Training is open to all and offers a journey into movement, embodiment, and presence.
It weaves dance, breath, and somatic practice to support deep connection and authentic expression.
A space for exploration, learning, and transformation through the body.
