The LYA is for everyone who has
completed a Living Yolates
Teacher Training or Immersion
The LY Association is a network of knowledge, inspiration, sharing, and meditations that will support you in your journey as a teacher.
Think of it as an extension of the experience you had in your teacher training that allows you to continue to draw from the original well of inspiration from the Living Yolates training universe and pass it on more purely to your life and those you teach.
There is no longer a requirement to join the LYA in order to use the Living Yolates name or branding. We believe Living Yolates is for everyone and we trust in our teachers to spread their learnings with integrity, passion, and purpose.
The Living Yolates Association is for teachers and practitioners who are looking for a sense of community amongst other LY-educated people, who want to continue their education and deepen their practices day by day.

There are two ways to join the LY Association.

$100 US / Year
A year to the entire Living Yolates Circle
(regularly $144 / year)

Workshops
We will hold one online and one in-person LYA-only workshop a year and you're invited! Online workshops will be free for all LYA members and the in-person workshop will cost $75 USD for your exclusive full-day workshop!
Marts 1st., 2024: Online Workshop, we meet online at 10 am until 1 pm — this is FREE to join for all LYA members. Sign up here!
August 19, 2024: In-Person Workshop, we meet at 10 am until 4 pm at Temple Yoga / CPH — pre-registration is required and costs $75 USD to attend! Sign up here!

Seasonal Meditations
Seasonal Meditations Online & Live from 8.15 - 9.15 pm. After the meditation it’s possible with a Q&A where you can receive personal support from Mikkala and the group. This is FREE to join for all LYA members, you just have to sign up. Sign up here (latest 1 week before the meditation!)
