A three-hour journey into movement, liberation & deep surrender
This Autumn Dancing Yolates workshop is an invitation to fall in love with the season of change ~ to surrender to the wisdom of autumn and allow yourself to release the layers you no longer need to carry.
Just as nature slowly lets go, we will create a space to turn inward, listen deeply and reconnect with what feels true.
Through breath, gentle joint work and spiraling movements, we awaken and vitalize the whole body ~ slowly opening into intuitive, sensual and authentic movement.
We move deeper into free dance and liberation, allowing the body to express, release and transform. A space to free your energy from what no longer belongs and make room for greater clarity, truth and authenticity.
Through tribal movement, we connect with the energy of the group ~ experiencing the power of moving together while honoring our own individual expression.
This Dancing Yolates journey is a celebration of you.
A space to nourish your inner world, reconnect with your essence and deeply revitalize your whole being. To shed old layers, soften into surrender and create space for something new to emerge.
From movement and liberation, we slowly return towards stillness through deep stretches, grounding and a peaceful cooling down ~ allowing the body to integrate the medicine of the dance.
We finish with a healing Shavasana ~ resting deeply in the space that remains when we let go.
A moment to simply be.
To listen.

And to feel what is true underneath all the layers.
This three-hour autumn journey is an invitation to move from autumn towards winter with greater peace, clarity and connection ~ releasing what has been, honoring what is, and creating space for what wants to come next.

Everyone is welcome, and no previous experience is required.
Price: 450 DKK + VAT
