In partnership with Sarah Britton, @mynewroots, we are offering a beautiful late summer half-day retreat blending Living Yolates and breathwork with Sarah to ground into the golden light of late summer.
This transformative and deeply balancing experience will begin with an opening circle and a 90-minute Living Yolates session to release tension and stagnation, opening up entire body to free flow. Elements of yoga woven throughout will allow us to center and balance into the energy of late summer - balancing the yin and yang within and around us.
The Living Yolates session will melt into a beautiful and transformational 90-minute breathwork session with Sarah to further open up the body's many channels even more. Align with what truly matters to you, heal from the inside out, and deeply connect with your essence. We will integrate the experience with a closing circle.
