Dancing Yolates Teacher Training 2026
120-Hour Program - A Transformative Journey Through the Healing Layers of Dance
We are so excited to launch this brand-new 120-hour Dancing Yolates Teacher Training – open to everyone!
The Dancing Yolates Teacher Training is a deeply immersive journey into the intuitive and therapeutic power of dance. As one of the core elements of the Living Yolates method and philosophy, this training offers a sacred space to move, feel, and heal - reconnecting with your essence and awakening the body’s innate intelligence and rhythm.
Over the course of five modules, in-persons, livestream, online content, and an integrating retreat deep in the Swedish forest, you will be guided through a powerful process of self-discovery, embodied feminine leadership, and holistic learning. Through dance therapy, free and intuitive movement, Qigong-inspired practices, meditation, and energy work, you will explore how movement can become a pathway to deep liberation, authenticity, expression, and alignment.
This teacher training is open to everyone who feels called to embody and share a more conscious, heart-centered way of living and moving. Whether you are a teacher, facilitator, space-holder, or someone simply seeking to deepen your relationship with your body and spirit - and to live and be part of the change you wish to see in the world - this journey offers you the tools, space, and support to grow and step into your full potential.

What is Dancing Yolates?
Dance – Joy – Flow – Authenticity – Softness – Power
Dancing Yolates is one of the four core styles within the Living Yolates method. This dynamic and transformative practice is infused with the elements of Water and Fire - blending soft flow and embodied presence with heat, high energy, sweat, and pulse-raising movement to create a joyful and holistic experience.
In Dancing Yolates, you are invited to let go - to release the inner critical voice and the weight of expectation. You reconnect with the pure essence of being alive. It’s a celebration of movement and spirit, embracing both darkness and light, endings and new beginnings - where expression becomes healing and freedom is felt through every part of your body.
The Practice
Dancing Yolates is inspired by Qigong, modern dance, Afro dance, hip-hop, and free intuitive movement. Each session combines guided sequences and free dance, with the intention to make every movement your own - a mirror of how you feel in the present moment.
A typical session begins with a gentle, grounding sequence to calm the body and mind. We warm up with joint mobility and flowing movement before expanding into the full space - no yoga mats, just open, intuitive, expressive dance. As the energy builds, so does the heat. The session culminates in a free, groovy, open dance floor experience, and slowly transitions into a nourishing blend of pilates, yoga, grounding meditation, and deep relaxation.
When the body is warm and activated, it opens to deeper layers of healing. This is where we practice listening - to the messages that arise from within, strengthening the connection to our intuition, inner wisdom, and true self.
Dancing Yolates is a modern, holistic approach to awakening your entire being - a joyful, embodied practice rooted in spiritual depth, body intelligence, and transformational inner work.
The Intention Behind Dancing Yolates
Dancing Yolates is a pathway to liberation. It’s a chance to realign with your spirit, and an invitation to heal and transform through the feeling of joy.
Dance is one of the most powerful forms of expression. It is a deep source of vitality, authenticity, and happiness. It connects you to your body’s wisdom and gives access to emotional depth. Through dance, you release control, melt tension, and rediscover your natural rhythm, pleasure, and creativity.
Take the hips, for example: when you move your hips, you stimulate pleasure hormones in the brain - activating joy and reconnecting you with your feminine power, sensuality, body awareness, and leadership in your own life.
The Role of the Dancing Yolates Teacher
As a Dancing Yolates teacher, you hold a powerful and sacred role: to create safe, heart-led, and inspiring spaces where others can grow, thrive, and transform through movement. You become a guide - helping others rediscover their own joy, inner freedom, and self-expression.
One step. One sway. One breath at a time.

Training Structure
This 120-hour training is built around five immersive modules, combining in-person teachings, livestream, online content, and a transformative retreat experience in nature. Each module builds upon the last, offering space to integrate the teachings into your body, life, and practice.
Module 1 - Connection
April 9, 15:00 – 16:30 (Livestream)
Theme: Planting the Seeds
We begin by establishing a foundation of connection - to ourselves, to the group, and to the Living Yolates philosophy. We explore the balance of yin and yang, feminine and masculine energies in the body, and open the journey through breathwork, gentle awakening movement, and intention setting. This module is a gentle invitation into presence, possibility, and new beginnings.
Module 3 - Life Courage & Expression
June 6 – 7 (In person)
This module centers on authentic expression, embodied feminine leadership, and trusting your unique rhythm. You’ll explore the Five Elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine, learn how to move with seasonal energy, and harmonize your system through nature’s cycles. We work with key openings from the Yoga tradition to unlock the body’s flow, alongside rhythm and expressive dance to connect with your courage and inner truth.
Module 4 - Joy & Power
August 15 – 16 (In person)
This vibrant module invites you to embody joy, pleasure, and feminine strength. We explore the power of balance through core strengthening, Pilates-based movement, intuitive flow, and creative expression. It’s a time to embrace your personal radiance, reconnect with your sensuality, and move from a place of trust, pleasure, and purpose. You will experience how deep transformation is truly possible through joy.
Module 2 - Love & Regeneration
May 9 – 10 (In person)
This module explores the healing qualities of softness, rest, and renewal. Through practices such as Qigong, chakra balancing, and energy body awareness, you’ll be invited to release, reset, and regenerate. Meditative dance, emotional connection, and intuitive flow become gateways to deep love and inner harmony - opening and awakening the source of light and potential within.
July - Integration Month
Online study, self-practice, and movement in nature
A month dedicated to integrating the teachings through personal practice, reflection, and embodiment. Includes access to online study materials.
Module 5 - Synchronicity & Unity
September 9 – 13 (Retreat in Sweden)
The final module takes place in the heart of Swedish nature - a transformative retreat where you’ll integrate all your learnings and elevate your personal growth and teaching. We’ll move, breathe, sing, and dance with the land. Sauna, fire ceremonies, and voice activation in nature will be part of our shared rituals. You’ll be supported to step fully into your light. This closing retreat is an opportunity to align more deeply with your essence, your purpose, and your unique contribution. A beautiful celebration of life.
