Mikkala’s Living Yolates practices throughout the day combine the best of yoga, Pilates, strength, dance, meditation, and mindfulness, creating a functional and holistic mind-body experience. Niki’s Face Yoga and beauty rituals each day allows you to feel not only deeply connected to your body, but to your face as well, one of the most first and important ways we greet and interact with the world.
Together, Mikkala and Niki offer a truly whole-body holistic retreat experience, where you can sit back, relax and renew, feeling completely restored, able to integrate back into your life with energy, radiance, and vitality.
During our days together, we will begin with Living Yolates sessions, releasing tensions, connecting to our heart’s intelligence, making room for calling in new possibilities, and joyfully expressing ourselves freely.
Throughout the day, we will gather for intimate talks about the nature of the face, gaining a deeper understanding and gratitude for the stories our faces have to share, and through facial exercises, deep tissue massage, and breathing meditations, we will awaken the face. As you work your way through every area of your face, release every tension and blockage, improve the flow of lymphatic fluid, and build the strength of your facial muscles, you will feel and see your face lifting.
In the evenings, as the day gently comes to a close, we surrender into movement sessions or holistic beauty rituals like Gua Sha that nourish our face, body, and soul. Whether these be restorative practices and soothing sunset meditations, or celebratory dance sessions, we prioritize practices that will deeply connect our bodies and minds, reigniting your inner compass and inner wisdom - making space for you to glow brighter!

Niki TerlichFace Yoga Teacher, Kundalini Yoga Teacher
Niki Terlich, based in Denmark, teaches men and women around the world Face Yoga techniques and holistic beauty rituals.
“I believe everyone deserves to feel deeply connected to their face, to feel gorgeous inside and out.”
Niki has her method of face yoga that combines traditional - gua sha face cupping, shiatsu deep tissue and fascia work to create an alternative to chemical treatments for incredibly versatile face upkeep.
With the belief that our beauty radiates from the inside out, Niki brings the vitality of healing deep traumas, stress and facial mimics out to release the face and ourselves, allowing us to become the best versions of ourselves.
During this retreat, you will experience various practices and skills for you to take into your daily life and add to your beauty routine. A perfect complement to Living Yolates, you can learn more about Niki’s style in the Living Yolates Circle as a guest teacher and here in her My Face Yoga Gym, too!

Between sea and mountain, Rützu is nestled into the hills, surrounded by olive groves, with expansive views of the sea – the place is sure to captivate you with its beauty and breathtaking views. Rützu is located 35 km from Palma, in the northwest of the island, between Valldemossa and Soller – its atmosphere is such that many artists have made it their home. Our wish is that you too will be as inspired, renewed, and healed by the location as the retreat itself. We so look forward to meeting you in Mallorca!

An 850 EUR non-refundable deposit is due upon booking.
The rest of your investment can be paid one time or you can choose an installment plan over three times.

Room availability will be first come, first served.
Arrival / Departure
Check in begins at 4pm local time on October 11th.
Check out is at 10am local time on October 16th.
You will fly into Palma de Mallorca (PMI), and the monastery is located at the top of a dirt road off the main road between Valldemossa and Deià. We recommend arriving by rental car or taxi: it's a 40-minute drive from the airport, or approximately 30 minutes from Palma city. Taxis are not included in the cost of the retreat. If flight times do not correlate with our opening and closing circles, we’d ask that you consider staying a night in Palma before and / or after the retreat to ensure you don’t miss a sacred part of our retreat, this is not included in the retreat but encouraged. It is not an option to stay at Rützu before nor after.
We offer detailed instructions on how to reach the retreat location with your registration. We will also connect our guests, so that transportation to and from the retreat can be supported.
