This workshop is an invitation to awaken your life force energy, deepen your relationship with your heart’s wisdom, and strengthen your intuitive intelligence. As we move together, we create space to release what no longer serves us and open ourselves to the abundance, light, and love that summer naturally offers.
Through fluid movement and dance, we soften the body, nourish the fascia, and encourage energy to flow freely throughout the whole system. We conclude with a deeply relaxing integration practice, allowing the body and mind to receive, restore, and embody the experience.
